Kualifikasi
- 10+ years in data/analytics leadership with 5+ years in directorial roles
- Proven track record of data transformation in Banking/Insurance sectors
- Expertise in data strategy, governance, and MLOps frameworks
- Strong experience with cloud data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery)
- Certification in data architecture (e.g., AWS Data Analytics Specialty)
- Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or MBA preferred
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills
