Kualifikasi
- Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related field
- 10+ years of experience in analytics, with at least 5 years in leadership roles
- Proven track record of developing and implementing enterprise analytics strategies
- Strong expertise in AI, machine learning, and advanced analytics techniques
- Experience with data visualization tools and business intelligence platforms
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with data governance and quality management frameworks
- Demonstrated ability to drive data-driven culture and decision making
