Zscaler is seeking a visionary Director, Financial Planning & Analysis to lead our FP&A initiatives in Singapore. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead strategic financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes for Singapore operations
- Develop comprehensive financial models to support business growth initiatives and investment decisions
- Analyze financial performance trends and provide actionable insights to senior leadership
- Drive process improvements in financial reporting and FP&A methodologies
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to align financial strategies with business objectives
- Mentor and develop high-performing FP&A team members
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls
Kualifikasi
- 10+ years of progressive FP&A experience with at least 3 years in leadership roles
- Strong expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Experience in SaaS/cloud technology industry preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, ERP systems, and BI tools (e.g., Tableau)
- Proven ability to translate complex financial data into strategic business recommendations
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present to executive stakeholders
- Relevant professional certification (CPA, CMA, MBA) preferred
