We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Director, Head of Securitisation and Fund Finance to join our Distribution and Credit Solutions (DCS) division in Singapore. This is a pivotal leadership role where you will drive the strategic direction of our financial engineering and structuring initiatives.
As the Head of Securitisation and Fund Finance, you will be at the forefront of complex financial product development. You will leverage your deep expertise to structure innovative securitisation transactions and provide tailored fund finance solutions to our diverse client base. This role requires a hands-on approach, combining high-level strategy with technical execution to manage credit risk and maximize portfolio performance.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end structuring and execution of securitisation and fund finance transactions for corporate and institutional clients.
- Develop and promote new financial products and strategies within the DCS division to drive business growth.
- Manage and nurture relationships with key investors, lenders, and counterparties in the Asia-Pacific region.
- Oversee credit risk assessment and portfolio monitoring to ensure adherence to regulatory standards and internal policies.
- Direct the performance and development of the structuring team, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless deal flow and client satisfaction.
- Stay abreast of market trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape to maintain Societe Generale’s competitive edge.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field; Master’s degree (MBA) is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 10-12 years of progressive experience in securitisation, structured finance, or fund finance, preferably within a major bank or financial institution.
- Strong technical skills in financial modeling, cash flow analysis, and structured product valuation.
- Deep understanding of global regulatory frameworks, including Basel III, IFRS 9, and local Singaporean regulations.
- Proven track record of leading teams and managing client relationships in a senior capacity.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin is highly advantageous for this role.
