Join Resorts World Sentosa as the Director of Hotels for The Laurus, where you'll drive exceptional revenue growth and profitability in one of Singapore's premier hospitality destinations. This senior leadership role requires strategic vision to maximize top-line revenue and EBITDA through innovative sales strategies and operational excellence. You'll collaborate closely with the Sales Team to develop targeted revenue streams, optimize occupancy rates, and enhance guest experiences that align with The Laurus' luxury positioning. - Develop and execute strategic revenue management plans to maximize profitability
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with Sales Team to drive bookings and market share
- Oversee hotel operations including service standards, staff training, and guest satisfaction
- Analyze financial performance metrics and implement cost optimization initiatives
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Manage departmental budgeting and resource allocation
- Ensure compliance with brand standards and regulatory requirements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Minimum 10 years' hotel experience with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record in revenue management and EBITDA growth
- Expertise in luxury hotel operations and sales strategies
- Strong financial acumen and analytical skills
