ICHOR Systems is seeking a visionary Director in Manufacturing Engineering to lead strategic initiatives in our Woodlands facility. This pivotal role will drive innovation in new product development (NPD), optimize manufacturing processes, and spearhead cost-reduction programs for existing product lines. You will oversee cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless integration between engineering, operations, and supply chain to enhance production efficiency and product quality. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in lean manufacturing methodologies, automation technologies, and industry 4.0 principles to transform manufacturing capabilities.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead strategic planning and execution of new product development and introduction (NPI) initiatives
- Drive cost-out programs through value engineering, process optimization, and material sourcing
- Oversee manufacturing engineering teams including process design, tooling, and automation
- Implement continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, TPM)
- Collaborate with R&D and operations teams for seamless product commercialization
- Ensure compliance with ISO and industry-specific manufacturing standards
- Develop engineering KPIs and monitor performance metrics across production lines
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or related field (Master's preferred)
- 10+ years in manufacturing engineering with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven experience in NPD, cost reduction, and process optimization
- Expertise in manufacturing automation, robotics, and Industry 4.0 technologies
- Certification in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma (Black Belt preferred)
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in manufacturing software (ERP, MES)
- Experience managing cross-functional teams in regulated manufacturing environments
