- Develop and implement comprehensive logistics strategies aligned with business objectives for SEA and ANZ regions
- Lead regional distribution networks including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management
- Optimize logistics costs while improving service levels and operational efficiency
- Ensure compliance with international logistics regulations and sustainability standards
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with key logistics providers and stakeholders
- Drive digital transformation in logistics operations through technology adoption
- Lead and develop high-performing logistics teams across multiple locations
- Analyze logistics performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 10+ years progressive logistics experience with 5+ years in leadership
- Proven track record in developing and executing regional logistics strategies
- Strong knowledge of international trade regulations and compliance requirements
- Expertise in logistics optimization, cost reduction, and network design
- Experience managing cross-functional teams in multinational environments
- Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in logistics management systems
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
