Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end design, implementation, and deployment of AS/RS and industrial automation systems.
- Manage relationships with key technology vendors, system integrators, and engineering consultants to ensure project success.
- Develop and execute comprehensive project roadmaps, ensuring adherence to budget, timelines, and technical specifications.
- Oversee system performance metrics, identifying bottlenecks and implementing continuous improvement strategies to boost operational efficiency.
- Ensure all automation systems comply with local safety standards, regulatory requirements, and international quality certifications.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration with warehouse operations, IT, and maintenance teams to ensure seamless system integration and uptime.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams, fostering a culture of innovation and operational excellence.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in industrial automation, material handling, or supply chain logistics, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale AS/RS projects from concept to go-live.
- In-depth knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and their integration with automated hardware.
- Expertise in project management methodologies and tools (e.g., PMP, Prince2, or Agile).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex technical data to drive strategic business decisions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing senior leadership and external partners.
