Join Bintan Lagoon Resort's leadership team as Director of Engineering and drive operational excellence across our premium hospitality destination. In this pivotal role, you'll orchestrate all engineering operations while ensuring stringent compliance with safety standards and maximizing equipment reliability. You'll lead strategic budget management, forecasting initiatives, and CAPEX planning to optimize resource allocation. Your expertise will be crucial in maintaining resort infrastructure, implementing sustainable practices, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Collaborate with department heads to align engineering initiatives with business objectives and enhance guest experiences through innovative facility solutions.
Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all engineering operations, maintenance activities, and facility management
- Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations, environmental standards, and operational compliance
- Develop, manage, and monitor departmental budgets, CAPEX planning, and financial forecasting
- Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing engineering teams through effective leadership
- Implement preventive maintenance programs to maximize equipment reliability and minimize downtime
- Coordinate cross-functional projects with hospitality, F&B, and security departments
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and sustainable engineering practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 10+ years engineering experience with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven expertise in budget management, financial planning, and CAPEX oversight
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations, compliance standards, and industry best practices
- Exceptional leadership, team development, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Experience with hospitality or resort facility management highly desirable
- Proficiency in engineering management software and CMMS systems
