Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all financial operations including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and treasury management
- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business objectives and growth targets
- Lead financial reporting, analysis, and compliance with Indonesian GAAP and international standards
- Manage banking relationships, negotiate financing terms, and optimize capital structure
- Drive cost control initiatives and operational efficiency improvements across departments
- Mentor and develop finance team members through structured training and performance management
- Collaborate with executive team on strategic planning, risk management, and investment decisions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics; MBA or CPA certification preferred
- 10+ years progressive finance experience with 5+ years in director/VP-level roles
- Proven track record in hospitality or tourism industry financial management
- Expertise in Indonesian tax regulations, SOX compliance, and multi-currency operations
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and financial analytics tools
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams
- Strong strategic thinking and business acumen with demonstrated results orientation
