In this pivotal role, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our diverse food and beverage outlets. You will be responsible for crafting innovative menus, managing financial performance, and leading a talented team of culinary and service professionals. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily operations of all F&B outlets, ensuring exceptional guest service and adherence to brand standards.
- Develop and execute creative culinary concepts and seasonal menus that align with the 25hours brand identity.
- Manage the P&L, including budgeting, forecasting, and rigorous cost control measures.
- Lead, mentor, and train a diverse team to foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing team to drive events, banquets, and promotional activities.
- Ensure compliance with all local health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Build strong relationships with suppliers to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in F&B management, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or director-level role within a luxury or lifestyle hotel.
- Strong financial acumen with proven experience in budgeting, cost control, and revenue management.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
- Proficiency in English and a good command of local languages.
- Creative mindset with a deep understanding of current food trends and guest preferences.
