Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and optimize retail store operations across Malaysia to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency
- Develop and execute franchise support programs to ensure brand consistency and partner success
- Drive market expansion initiatives through strategic planning and execution of growth initiatives
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (marketing, supply chain, HR) to achieve business objectives
- Monitor KPIs and implement performance improvement strategies across operations
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to optimize operational costs
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and international business standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 8 years in retail/operations management with 3+ years in franchise oversight
- Proven track record of market expansion and business development in Southeast Asia
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budget management and P&L oversight
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams
- Deep understanding of Malaysian retail landscape and international market dynamics
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; additional languages valued
