Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive People & Culture strategies that support the long-term growth and operational excellence of Bintan Lagoon Resort.
- Cultivate a high-performance, inclusive, and service-oriented organizational culture that aligns with our premium brand identity.
- Oversee end-to-end talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention strategies to ensure we attract and keep top-tier hospitality professionals.
- Manage labor relations, ensuring full compliance with local employment laws while maintaining harmonious employee engagement.
- Design and implement professional development programs, mentorship, and career pathways for all departments.
- Lead performance management systems that incentivize excellence and support the professional growth of team members.
- Act as a strategic business partner to the General Manager and executive team, providing data-driven insights into workforce metrics and engagement.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in HR leadership roles, preferably within the luxury hospitality or resort industry.
- Deep understanding of Indonesian labor laws (UU Ketenagakerjaan) and industrial relations practices.
- Proven ability to drive cultural transformation and employee engagement in large-scale operations.
- Strong strategic planning skills with a focus on human capital ROI.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and mediation skills.
- Professional proficiency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English is mandatory.
