- Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle management for luxury villa developments
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, budgets, and schedules
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including architects, contractors, and vendors
- Implement rigorous quality control measures and compliance standards
- Manage project risks, issues, and change requests proactively
- Lead stakeholder communication and reporting to executive leadership
- Optimize resource allocation and vendor relationships
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field
- Minimum 8+ years of project management experience in construction/real estate
- Proven track record of managing luxury property developments
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred
- Expertise in budget management, scheduling (MS Project), and risk assessment
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in project management software and BIM tools
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
