- Lead strategic R&D initiatives for furniture product innovation and development
- Manage cross-functional teams of designers, engineers, and researchers
- Oversee product development lifecycle from concept to market launch
- Conduct market analysis to identify emerging trends and customer needs
- Drive innovation in sustainable materials and manufacturing processes
- Collaborate with production, marketing, and sales departments
- Develop and implement R&D budgets and resource allocation plans
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 10+ years of furniture industry experience with 5+ years in R&D leadership
- Proven track record of successful product launches and innovation
- Expertise in furniture materials, manufacturing processes, and design trends
- Strong strategic planning and project management skills
- Excellent team leadership and cross-functional collaboration abilities
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
