Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive revenue management strategies to maximize total hotel profitability.
- Analyze market trends, competitor behavior, and demand patterns to optimize pricing across all distribution channels.
- Manage inventory allocation, stay restrictions, and overbooking policies to ensure optimal occupancy.
- Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process, providing accurate financial projections to ownership.
- Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing teams to develop high-impact promotional campaigns and group strategies.
- Oversee the performance and health of GDS, OTA, and direct booking channels.
- Prepare detailed revenue reports and present actionable insights to senior leadership.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in revenue management within the luxury hotel sector.
- Proven track record of increasing RevPAR and GOPPAR through strategic pricing and distribution.
- Advanced proficiency in hotel Property Management Systems (PMS), Channel Managers, and Revenue Management Systems (RMS).
- Strong analytical skills with an expert-level command of MS Excel and data visualization tools.
- Excellent leadership abilities with experience mentoring and developing high-performing teams.
- Deep knowledge of the Kuala Lumpur hospitality landscape is highly preferred.
