As Director of Revenue Management, you'll architect sophisticated pricing strategies, demand forecasting models, and distribution channel optimization to maximize profitability and market share growth. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive revenue management strategies across hotel portfolio
- Lead pricing optimization, inventory control, and distribution channel management
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and demand patterns to inform strategic decisions
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to create integrated revenue growth plans
- Oversee preparation and maintenance of accurate forecasts and budgets
- Implement and optimize revenue management systems (RMS) and analytics tools
- Monitor KPIs and provide regular revenue performance reports to senior leadership
- Mentor and develop revenue management teams through training and performance coaching
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, Economics, or related field; MBA preferred
- Minimum 8+ years progressive revenue management experience in luxury hospitality
- Expertise in revenue management systems (IDeaS, Duetto, etc.) and distribution channels
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets in competitive markets
- Advanced analytical skills with ability to interpret complex market data
- Strong leadership experience managing cross-functional revenue teams
- Deep understanding of Singapore and APAC hospitality markets
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools
