  • Oversee daily operations of Front Office, Housekeeping, Recreation, and Guest Services departments
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to maximize room revenue and occupancy rates
  • Ensure adherence to brand standards and luxury service protocols across all touchpoints
  • Manage departmental budgets, inventory control, and cost optimization initiatives
  • Lead, mentor, and develop talent through training programs and performance management
  • Collaborate with Sales & Marketing to create compelling guest experiences and packages
  • Implement sustainability practices in rooms division operations
  • Resolve complex guest issues while maintaining service excellence standards

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
  • Minimum 7+ years in luxury hotel operations with 3+ years in senior management
  • Proven track record in Rooms Division leadership across multiple departments
  • Expertise in revenue management, PMS systems, and operational analytics
  • Strong financial acumen with budget management experience
  • Exceptional communication and cross-cultural leadership skills
  • Industry certifications (e.g., CHIA, EHMA) preferred
  • Fluency in English with proficiency in additional languages beneficial
