Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage all aspects of the rooms division, including front desk, housekeeping, and concierge operations
  • Develop and implement service standards that exceed guest expectations while maintaining operational efficiency
  • Lead, train, and motivate room division staff to ensure high performance and exceptional guest experiences
  • Monitor and control departmental expenses, ensuring budget targets are met or exceeded
  • Collaborate with other department heads to ensure seamless guest experiences across all hotel services
  • Handle guest complaints and special requests with professionalism and discretion
  • Stay current with industry trends and implement best practices in room management
  • Ensure compliance with Marriott's brand standards and local regulations

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in hotel operations with at least 2 years in leadership roles
  • Previous experience with Marriott systems and brand standards preferred
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities with proven track record of developing staff
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
  • Knowledge of local tourism market and guest preferences in Jakarta
  • Strong problem-solving skills with ability to make sound decisions under pressure
  • Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office applications
