Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily operations of Front Office, Housekeeping, and Reservations departments
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize room revenue and occupancy rates
- Manage departmental budgets, labor costs, and inventory control systems
- Train, mentor, and evaluate performance of Rooms Division staff
- Ensure compliance with brand standards and local regulations
- Coordinate with other departments to deliver seamless guest experiences
- Resolve escalated guest issues and maintain high satisfaction scores
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Minimum 8+ years in hotel operations with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Proven expertise in front office and housekeeping management systems
- Strong financial acumen in budgeting and revenue management
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with Marriott's operating standards and procedures
- Fluency in English with additional languages preferred
