As we continue to solidify our position as a leading choice for discerning travellers in Singapore, we are seeking a dynamic and visionary Director of Sales & Marketing to join our award-winning team at PARKROYAL on Pickering, located in the vibrant heart of Chinatown.
This is a pivotal leadership role for a strategic commercial leader who thrives on driving results. Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for the complete commercial strategy of the hotel. Your mission will be to lead high-performing teams, cultivate strategic partnerships, and position the hotel as a preferred choice across corporate, MICE, and leisure segments.

As a key member of the Executive Committee, you will define the sales, marketing, and revenue strategy to maximize profitability and brand equity. You will champion a data-driven approach to identify opportunities, optimize distribution channels, and exceed revenue targets. - Develop and execute a comprehensive sales & marketing plan to achieve budgeted targets across all market segments (Corporate, MICE, Leisure, and Government).
- Lead, mentor, and develop the sales and marketing team, fostering a high-performance culture that drives accountability and exceptional results.
- Cultivate and manage strategic partnerships with key corporate accounts, travel management companies, and global sales offices.
- Oversee the hotel's brand positioning, public relations, and marketing communications, ensuring consistency and impact across all channels.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify new business opportunities and refine strategic initiatives.
- Drive revenue optimization through effective pricing strategies, inventory management, and a multi-channel distribution approach.
- Prepare and manage the departmental budget and forecast, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximize return on investment.
- Represent the hotel at key industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 8–10 years of progressive sales and marketing experience within the luxury hospitality sector, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven track record of successfully leading high-performing teams and achieving/exceeding revenue goals in a competitive market.
- Extensive network of corporate, MICE, and travel industry contacts within Singapore and the wider Asia-Pacific region.
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities with a data-driven approach to decision making.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English. Additional languages are a strong plus.
- Proficiency in hotel property management systems (Opera PMS), CI/TY, SalesForce or similar CRM, and digital marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEO/SEM).
- Deep understanding of the Singapore tourism landscape, local market dynamics, and current trends in the hospitality industry.
