Geno Hotel is seeking a visionary Director of Sales & Marketing to spearhead our commercial growth and strengthen our market presence in Shah Alam. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving revenue across all channels, including room sales, banquets, and catering services, ensuring our property remains a top choice for both leisure and business travelers.
As the leader of our commercial team, you will develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that enhance our brand loyalty and drive long-term profitability. You will build strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and event organizers, while overseeing the performance of the sales and marketing team. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement aggressive sales strategies to maximize room revenue, banquet, and catering bookings.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales and marketing team to achieve individual and departmental targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, government agencies, and travel partners.
- Oversee the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, public relations, and advertising.
- Manage the annual budget and forecast for the Sales & Marketing department, ensuring cost-effective resource allocation.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and economic indicators to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the General Manager and other department heads to ensure seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in hotel sales and marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth in a competitive market.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of local market dynamics in Selangor and Malaysia is highly preferred.
