Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive annual sales and marketing plans to maximize hotel revenue and market share.
- Lead and mentor the sales, marketing, and revenue management teams to ensure alignment with luxury brand standards.
- Drive direct booking initiatives and optimize digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, and social media advertising.
- Manage high-level relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and key industry stakeholders.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and performance data to adjust strategies for sustained growth.
- Oversee the hotel's public relations and brand positioning to ensure premium market perception.
- Coordinate with operations departments to ensure consistent delivery of services matching our luxury value proposition.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in hotel sales and marketing, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership capacity.
- Proven track record of managing luxury or upscale hospitality properties in a competitive market.
- Strong proficiency in hotel property management systems (PMS) and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Deep understanding of the Kuala Lumpur hospitality landscape and digital distribution channels.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required; proficiency in other regional languages is a significant advantage.
