Reporting directly to the VP of Product and Technology, you will lead our engineering organization, shaping the technical strategy, overseeing the execution of our global platforms, and managing a growing team of talented engineers and managers. This critical leadership role involves driving architectural decisions, improving operational efficiency, and fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing engineering organization of multiple teams and engineering managers.
- Define and execute the long-term technical vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with global business objectives.
- Oversee the architecture, design, and delivery of scalable, secure, and reliable software systems and platforms.
- Drive engineering best practices, including Agile methodologies, CI/CD, test automation, code reviews, and DevOps culture.
- Partner closely with Product, Design, and Data leaders to prioritize the roadmap and deliver on key business outcomes.
- Manage the engineering budget, resource allocation, and strategic vendor relationships.
- Establish and track key engineering metrics (KPIs) to report on velocity, quality, and team health to executive leadership.
- Champion a culture of continuous learning, innovation, diversity, and technical excellence.
Kualifikasi
- 12+ years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 5+ years in a senior leadership role (Director, Head of Engineering, Senior Manager).
- Proven track record of building, managing, and scaling high-performing engineering teams in a fast-paced, global environment.
- Deep expertise in modern software architecture, including microservices, event-driven systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure), and API design.
- Strong experience with modern software development lifecycles (Agile, Scrum, Kanban) and DevOps practices.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline. MBA is a plus.
- Experience in the events, markets, or media industry is highly advantageous.
- A data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
