Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and scale the engineering department, overseeing multiple cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software products.
- Partner with the VP of Product and Technology to define the technical roadmap, architecture strategy, and long-term engineering vision.
- Foster a culture of professional growth, mentoring engineering managers and lead developers to build a high-performance talent pipeline.
- Optimize the software development lifecycle (SDLC), implementing best practices in Agile, CI/CD, and DevOps.
- Ensure the reliability, security, and scalability of our platforms to support global market expansion.
- Collaborate with product, design, and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Manage departmental budgets, resource allocation, and vendor relationships effectively.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software development with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role (Director/VP level).
- Proven track record of managing large-scale distributed systems and cloud-native architectures.
- Deep understanding of modern software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban) and DevOps culture.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a history of building, retaining, and inspiring engineering talent.
- Strong background in cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP) and microservices architecture.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
