Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and scale a diverse engineering team of 15+ professionals across multiple disciplines
- Define and execute technical roadmap aligned with product vision and business goals
- Oversee full software lifecycle from ideation to deployment and maintenance
- Drive innovation through adoption of emerging technologies and best practices
- Collaborate with product, design, and operations teams to ensure seamless delivery
- Establish engineering excellence through code quality metrics, automation, and CI/CD pipelines
- Manage engineering budgets, resource allocation, and vendor relationships
- Represent engineering leadership in cross-functional strategic initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred
- 12+ years of software engineering experience with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record scaling engineering teams and managing complex tech projects
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), microservices architecture, and DevOps
- Strong background in enterprise-level SaaS or marketplace platforms
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate technical concepts to stakeholders
- Certifications in Agile/Scrum, cloud architecture, or relevant domains
- Experience with international teams and cross-cultural collaboration
