- Develop and implement comprehensive operational strategies and frameworks that align with the university's long-term goals and strategic plan.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of operations professionals, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
- Oversee and optimize administrative processes, including finance, human resources, and facility management, to ensure maximum efficiency and compliance.
- Drive process improvement initiatives using data-driven insights and Lean Six Sigma methodologies to reduce costs and enhance service delivery.
- Collaborate closely with senior leadership, faculty, and external stakeholders to identify operational needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Manage the operational budget, ensuring resource allocation is strategic and cost-effective.
- Ensure strict adherence to regulatory requirements, institutional policies, and quality assurance standards.
Kualifikasi
- A Master’s degree or PhD in Business Administration, Public Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is strongly preferred.
- A minimum of 10-15 years of progressive experience in operations management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or directorial role.
- Proven experience in a large-scale organizational setting, preferably within the education, government, or corporate sector.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex organizational structures.
- Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage diverse stakeholders effectively.
- Proficiency in enterprise systems, data analytics, and performance management tools.
