Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute the long-term R&D strategy in alignment with corporate business goals.
- Lead and mentor cross-functional engineering teams to ensure efficient product design, testing, and implementation.
- Oversee the full lifecycle of product innovation, from conceptualization and prototyping to mass production.
- Collaborate with operations and supply chain departments to optimize manufacturing efficiencies and reduce production costs.
- Ensure all R&D activities strictly adhere to international quality, safety, and environmental compliance standards.
- Manage departmental budgets, resource allocation, and project timelines effectively.
- Drive internal innovation initiatives to integrate advanced technologies such as Industry 4.0 and automation into current workflows.
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for stakeholders and external partners regarding new product developments.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum of 12-15 years of experience in an R&D leadership role within the manufacturing sector.
- Strong background in product development, process engineering, and materials science.
- Proven expertise in managing large-scale, multidisciplinary technical teams.
- Deep understanding of local and international manufacturing regulations and compliance protocols.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to influence executive stakeholders.
- Experience in implementing Lean manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies is highly advantageous.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in local languages is an added advantage.
