In this pivotal leadership role, you will be responsible for the comprehensive management of all facilities operations at our advanced wafer fabrication plant in Kulim Hi-Tech Park. Tanggung Jawab
- Provide strategic leadership and direction for the Facilities department, aligning with overall business objectives and manufacturing priorities.
- Oversee the operation, maintenance, and optimization of all facility systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, cleanroom, and utility systems to ensure maximum uptime and efficiency.
- Develop and implement comprehensive facilities management policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance performance, compliance, and safety.
- Manage and execute capital projects, including planning, budgeting, and delivery of facility upgrades, expansions, and retrofits.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a multidisciplinary team of engineers, technicians, and support staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Ensure strict adherence to all regulatory requirements, environmental standards, and health & safety regulations (OSHA, ISO, etc.).
- Manage vendor and contractor relationships, negotiate service agreements, and monitor performance to ensure cost-effective and high-quality service delivery.
- Develop and manage the facilities budget, drive cost optimization initiatives, and report on key performance indicators to senior management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related discipline), Facilities Management, or a comparable field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in facilities management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within a high-tech manufacturing or semiconductor environment.
- Deep technical knowledge of cleanroom operations, HVAC, electrical distribution, utilities, and building management systems (BMS).
- Proven track record in managing budgets, capital project planning, and vendor negotiations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Strong understanding of regulatory compliance, environmental sustainability, and workplace safety standards.
- Professional certifications such as CFM, FMP, or PE are highly valued.
- Demonstrated experience in driving energy efficiency, sustainability initiatives, and operational innovation.
