- Ensure compliance with financial regulations (PCI-DSS, PSD2) and security standards
- Optimize payment processing workflows and transaction volumes
- Drive continuous improvement in project management methodologies
- Present project status and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders
Kualifikasi
- 10+ years of senior IT project management experience in financial services
- Specialized expertise in payment systems (corporate/retail)
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certification required
- Proven track record of managing multi-million dollar IT projects
- Strong stakeholder management and vendor negotiation skills
- Experience with payment gateways, SWIFT, and ACH systems
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
