- Lead the development and execution of CCIB digital platform transformation strategies aligned with global business objectives
- Drive end-to-end transformation programs, ensuring on-time delivery, budget adherence, and quality outcomes
- Collaborate with technology, operations, and business teams to identify process improvements and digital innovation opportunities
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, to ensure alignment and support for transformation initiatives
- Create comprehensive project plans, risk assessments, and status reports for executive audiences
- Champion change management initiatives to drive adoption of new digital solutions across the organization
- Monitor industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance transformation methodologies
- Mentor and develop high-performing teams to achieve strategic goals and professional growth
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Technology, or related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in transformation, strategy, or program management within financial services or banking
- Demonstrated success in leading large-scale digital transformation and platform modernization initiatives
- Strong understanding of corporate and institutional banking products, services, and operations
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to influence C-level executives
- Proven expertise in agile methodologies, project management frameworks, and digital technologies
- Strategic mindset with the ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable solutions
- Experience working in a global, matrix organization with cross-functional teams
