- Lead cross-functional teams of solutions architects and data specialists to deliver transformative cloud solutions
- Quantify business impact through ROI analysis, TCO modeling, and value realization frameworks
- Build executive relationships to position Google as a strategic technology partner
- Drive adoption of Google's AI/ML and data analytics platforms across key industries
- Design competitive differentiation strategies against AWS and Azure ecosystems
- mentor and develop talent within the solutions organization
Kualifikasi
- 15+ years in technology sales/solutions with 8+ years in cloud/SaaS leadership roles
- Deep expertise in cloud value realization methodologies and business transformation
- Proven track record managing $10M+ enterprise accounts in JAPAC
- Strong technical fluency in GCP/AWS/Azure services and emerging technologies
- Executive presence with ability to articulate complex technical value propositions
- MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science/Business preferred
- Fluency in Japanese and English required for regional market coverage
