Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive strategies for venture creation and commercialization of deep-tech intellectual property.
- Identify and evaluate high-potential research projects for spin-off viability and market readiness.
- Build and manage high-level partnerships with venture capital firms, corporate incubators, and industry leaders to facilitate investment and venture scaling.
- Provide mentorship and strategic guidance to early-stage founders and venture teams on business model validation and product-market fit.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the translation of complex technologies into actionable go-to-market strategies.
- Manage the venture lifecycle, from initial ideation and technology licensing to seed funding and commercial growth phases.
- Represent A*STAR in the regional innovation ecosystem to champion technological advancements and attract strategic resources.
Kualifikasi
- Master’s or PhD in a relevant scientific or engineering discipline; an MBA or equivalent business qualification is highly preferred.
- Minimum 10-15 years of professional experience in venture capital, startup incubation, technology transfer, or corporate business development.
- Proven track record of successfully bringing deep-tech research or new ventures to market.
- Deep understanding of the venture capital landscape, investment cycles, and technology commercialization frameworks.
- Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing high-performance teams and navigating complex stakeholder ecosystems.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.
- Deep passion for innovation and a strong network within the Singaporean and international deep-tech communities.
