Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and execute comprehensive Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) assessments for industrial machinery.
- Develop and implement robust disaster recovery strategies to ensure minimal operational downtime.
- Perform on-site inspections and diagnostic testing to identify equipment vulnerabilities or failure points.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to devise rapid recovery solutions following mechanical or electrical failures.
- Maintain detailed documentation of assessment results, maintenance logs, and recovery procedures.
- Supervise technical crews during restoration projects to ensure compliance with safety protocols.
- Provide expert technical advice on asset longevity and preventative maintenance to internal and external stakeholders.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- 5–10 years of professional experience in industrial machinery management and M&E systems.
- Proven expertise in conducting detailed mechanical assessments and electrical diagnostics.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to perform under high-pressure recovery scenarios.
- Deep understanding of industrial safety regulations and compliance standards.
- Excellent analytical capabilities and proficiency in technical reporting.
- Strong communication skills, capable of leading technical teams effectively.
- Fluent in Indonesian and proficient in technical English.
