Tanggung Jawab
- Process and verify client disbursement requests with accuracy and efficiency
- Maintain detailed records of all financial transactions and disbursements
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding disbursement status and requirements
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and issues
- Assist in the development and improvement of disbursement processes
- Conduct regular audits of disbursement records to ensure accuracy
- Provide excellent customer service to clients throughout the disbursement process
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in financial services or banking operations
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and financial software
- Knowledge of Singapore financial regulations and compliance standards
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle confidential information
