Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and arrange food platters (Dish Up) to ensure presentation is appealing and appetizing.
- Greet customers warmly upon arrival and manage seating arrangements efficiently.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them promptly to the kitchen staff.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and making recommendations.
- Ensure the dining area and service stations are clean, tidy, and hygienic at all times.
- Handle cash transactions and point-of-sale (POS) operations accurately.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely food delivery.
- Assist in inventory management and restocking of supplies as needed.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent (SMA/SMK) is preferred.
- Previous experience in the F&B or hospitality industry is a plus but not strictly required.
- Excellent communication skills in English (or local language) to interact with international guests.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and night shifts.
- Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
- A friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for customer service.
