Tanggung Jawab
- Operate commercial dishwashing equipment efficiently and safely
- Thoroughly clean, sanitize, and dry all dishes, glassware, and utensils
- Maintain organized storage of cleaned items in designated areas
- Sweep, mop, and sanitize kitchen floors and work surfaces
- Manage waste disposal and recycling according to protocols
- Monitor cleaning supply inventory and report shortages
- Adhere strictly to food safety and hygiene regulations
- Coordinate with kitchen staff during peak service hours
Kualifikasi
- Previous dishwashing or kitchen support experience preferred
- Knowledge of proper sanitation and cleaning procedures
- Ability to stand for extended periods and handle physical tasks
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- Basic understanding of kitchen safety standards
