Tanggung Jawab
- Load and unload commercial dishwashers, ensuring all cutlery, glassware, and cookware are properly cleaned and sanitized according to health and safety regulations.
- Maintain a clean and organized dishwashing area, including the drying racks, sinks, and surrounding floors.
- Sort and stack clean dishes and utensils neatly to prevent breakage and ensure efficient service flow.
- Assist kitchen staff with food preparation tasks and general cleaning duties as required to support the kitchen team.
- Monitor chemical levels and water temperature in the dishwasher to ensure optimal cleaning performance and equipment longevity.
- Restock cleaning supplies, detergents, and paper products to ensure the kitchen is fully equipped for daily operations.
- Report any damaged equipment or maintenance issues to the supervisor immediately.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience as a dishwasher or in a similar kitchen role is preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a high commitment to hygiene and safety standards.
- Basic English communication skills are required to interact effectively with team members.
