Tanggung Jawab
- Operate commercial dishwashing equipment to clean and sanitize all kitchenware
- Sort, stack, and organize cleaned dishes in designated storage areas
- Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations, floors, and surrounding surfaces
- Adhere strictly to food safety and hygiene regulations
- Manage waste disposal and recycling procedures efficiently
- Monitor dishwashing machine performance and report maintenance needs
- Support kitchen staff during peak hours with additional cleaning tasks
- Follow proper chemical handling and storage protocols
Kualifikasi
- Previous dishwashing or kitchen support experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- Basic knowledge of food safety standards and procedures
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Physical stamina to handle heavy lifting (up to 20kg)
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
- Compliance with uniform requirements (black long pants and safety shoes)
