Tanggung Jawab
- Operate industrial dishwashing equipment to clean plates, cutlery, and kitchen utensils.
- Ensure all kitchen equipment is sanitized and stored correctly after cleaning.
- Maintain a clean and organized dishwashing station throughout the shift.
- Assist kitchen staff by clearing food waste and maintaining floor cleanliness in the washing area.
- Handle cleaning chemicals safely and follow all health and safety guidelines.
- Manage inventory of dishwashing supplies and report shortages to the supervisor.
- Support other kitchen team members as needed during peak operational hours.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum education level: SMP or SMA/SMK equivalent.
- Previous experience in a kitchen or cleaning environment is preferred but not required.
- Strong work ethic and reliability are essential.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to follow strict hygiene and safety protocols.
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks comfortably.
- Good team player with a proactive attitude.
- Able to commit to full-time shifts in Semarang.
