Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas
- Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, glassware, and silverware using commercial dishwashing equipment
- Sort and properly store clean dishes and kitchen supplies in designated areas
- Assist in receiving, storing, and rotating food supplies following proper inventory procedures
- Support kitchen staff by performing basic food preparation tasks as needed
- Ensure proper waste disposal and maintain clean trash areas
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and company hygiene standards
- Communicate effectively with kitchen team members to coordinate tasks and maintain workflow
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred but not required
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and hygiene
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
