Tanggung Jawab
- Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, and cooking equipment to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Operate dishwashing machines and ensure proper functioning of all kitchen equipment
- Organize and store clean dishes, utensils, and kitchen supplies in designated areas
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks as directed by kitchen staff
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen floors, work surfaces, and storage areas
- Manage waste disposal and recycling according to established protocols
- Follow food safety guidelines and health regulations at all times
- Communicate effectively with kitchen team members to ensure smooth operations
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred but not required
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks
