Tanggung Jawab
- Wash, sanitize, and store all kitchen equipment, dishes, utensils, and glassware
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen floors, countertops, and food preparation areas
- Assist with proper waste disposal and recycling according to health and safety standards
- Operate dishwashing equipment efficiently and report any maintenance issues
- Stock and maintain supply of clean dishes, utensils, and kitchen supplies
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
- Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during peak hours
Kualifikasi
- Previous dishwashing or kitchen support experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
