In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and hygiene that our customers expect from us. Our kitchen operates in a fast-paced environment, and we are looking for individuals who can adapt quickly and work well within a team. You will be responsible for ensuring that all dining and cooking utensils are spotless and sanitized, contributing directly to the smooth running of our bakery kitchen.
Tanggung Jawab
- Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, cutlery, and kitchen equipment thoroughly.
- Ensure all kitchen workstations, counters, and floors are kept clean and organized at all times.
- Sort and stack cleaned items in the appropriate drying areas or storage racks.
- Follow strict food safety and hygiene protocols to prevent contamination.
- Assist with general kitchen duties, such as food preparation or waste disposal, as directed by the supervisor.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the dishwasher machine and report any malfunctions immediately.
- Adhere to the company dress code, including wearing a black t-shirt, dark pants, and non-slip shoes.
Kualifikasi
- Must be willing to work in a standing position for extended periods.
- Physically fit and able to perform light lifting duties.
- Previous experience in a kitchen or restaurant environment is preferred but not mandatory.
- Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible shifts including weekends and public holidays.
- Must have covered shoes and be prepared to wear the required uniform.
