Tanggung Jawab
- Operate industrial dishwashing machines to clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, and cooking utensils.
- Wash, peel, cut, and prepare vegetables and fruits for the culinary team.
- Sweep, mop, and clean the kitchen floors, walls, and workstations to ensure a sanitary environment.
- Sort and organize dirty dishes, flatware, and kitchenware for washing.
- Assist the kitchen staff with food preparation tasks as needed.
- Empty trash bins and ensure waste disposal areas are kept clean.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and food handling standards.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; previous experience in a kitchen or hospitality setting is a plus.
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical labor.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
