Tanggung Jawab
- Operate industrial dishwashing machines and maintain water temperature and chemical levels.
- Hand-wash delicate cookware, pots, pans, and specialized kitchen equipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary dishwashing station throughout the shift.
- Sort, stack, and store clean dishes, glassware, and cutlery in designated areas.
- Assist with general kitchen cleaning, including floors, surfaces, and waste disposal management.
- Support the kitchen staff during busy periods to ensure a smooth flow of service.
- Strictly adhere to food safety and health department hygiene regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a dishwasher, steward, or kitchen helper is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards.
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment (standing for long periods, lifting equipment).
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Good team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
