Tanggung Jawab
- Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
- Operate dishwashing machinery efficiently and ensure proper maintenance
- Organize and store cleaned items in designated areas for easy access by kitchen staff
- Assist with general kitchen cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and trash disposal
- Monitor and report any equipment malfunctions or supply shortages to the kitchen supervisor
- Adhere to food safety regulations and proper sanitation procedures at all times
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment in the dishwashing area
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in a dishwashing or similar role in the hospitality industry is preferred
- Knowledge of proper sanitation procedures and food safety standards
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle physical tasks
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
- Basic understanding of dishwashing equipment operation and maintenance
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and handle heavy objects
