- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen equipment, utensils, and surfaces
- Operate dishwashing machines and ensure proper functioning
- Organize and store cleaned items efficiently in designated areas
- Manage waste disposal and recycling according to environmental standards
- Assist with deep cleaning of kitchen spaces during operational downtime
- Monitor cleaning supplies inventory and report shortages
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless workflow
- Adhere strictly to health and safety regulations at all times
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in dishwashing or stewarding roles preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and handle heavy equipment
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
