Tanggung Jawab
- Provide friendly and efficient service to guests, taking orders accurately and delivering food and beverages promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area, ensuring a welcoming and hygienic environment for all guests.
- Assist in clearing tables, resetting them quickly, and maintaining the dining room's aesthetic appeal.
- Support the kitchen team by washing dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment to ensure hygiene standards are met.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues with professionalism to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, as well as the company's service standards and policies.
- Collaborate effectively with the restaurant staff to ensure smooth operations during busy service hours.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hotel setting is preferred but not required for the right candidate.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Ability to stand for long periods and work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service standards is an advantage.
