Join Shopee, a leading e-commerce platform in Southeast Asia, as a Dispatch Coordinator for Middle Mile Operations, SPX Express. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently coordinating and overseeing the daily operations of our fleet to ensure timely and safe deliveries. You will play a key part in optimizing our logistics operations in Calamba City, Laguna, contributing to Shopee's mission to provide seamless delivery experiences.
As a Dispatch Coordinator, you will monitor dispatch schedules, track shipment statuses, and communicate with drivers and warehouse teams to resolve any issues. Your efforts will directly impact the efficiency of our middle mile operations, ensuring that packages move swiftly from sortation centers to delivery hubs.

Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate daily dispatch operations for the middle mile fleet to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
- Monitor real-time shipment status and vehicle tracking systems to identify and resolve delays.
- Communicate with drivers, warehouse staff, and sortation centers to optimize route efficiency.
- Manage dispatch schedules and adjust resources based on volume fluctuations.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during transportation.
- Generate reports on dispatch performance, delivery metrics, and fleet utilization.
- Collaborate with operations teams to implement process improvements and cost-saving initiatives.
- Handle escalations related to delivery exceptions, accidents, or customer complaints.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in dispatch coordination, fleet management, or logistics operations.
- Strong knowledge of route planning and transportation management systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with drivers and teams.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and logistics software.
- Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions in a dynamic environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Willingness to work in Calamba City, Laguna and handle shifting schedules if needed.
